TRANSFORMS LIVES BY OFFERING BASIC NEEDS ASSISTANCE, SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE & SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE PEOPLE'S SOCIO-ECONOMIC STABILITY IN THE POTTSTOWN AREA THROUGH COOPERATION WITH OUR FAITH & COMMUNITY PARTNERS.

HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER - CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND SUPPORT IN FINDING SAFE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES FACING HOMELESSNESS. 66 HOUSEHOLDS SECURED HOUSING IN 2021, WITH A TOTAL OF 162 HOUSEHOLDS RECEIVING CASE MANAGEMENT AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE.


FOOD SECURITY INCLUDING: EMERGENCY FOOD PANTRY - ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING FOOD, FORMULA, DIAPERS, PERSONAL CARE & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS (5,538 HOUSEHOLDS WERE SERVED DURING 2021 WITH DISTRIBUTION OCCURING 5 DAYS A WEEK. VOLUNTEERS SUPPORTED THIS PROGRAM WITH 1,539 HOURS. 261,243 POUNDS OF FOOD WAS ALSO DONATED FOR THIS PROGRAM.); COMMUNITY MEALS - ALL COSTS RELATIVE TO PROVIDING LUNCHES & DINNERS THAT ARE COOKED & SERVIED BY VOLUNTEERS MONDAY - FRIDAY, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS, AT VARIOUS CHURCHES (DURING 2021, MEALS WERE SERVED TO 12,193 PERSONS. VOLUNTEERS SUPPORTED THIS PROGRAM WITH 2,446 HOURS.)


EMERGENCY RENT & UTLITY COALITION (ERUC) - A NEW PROGRAM THAT STARTED IN SEPTEMBER 2020 THAT PROVIDES HOUSING STABILITY TO HUNDREDS OF LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME MONTGOMERY COUNTY RESIDENTS AT RISK OF EVICTION AND/OR HOMELESSNESS AS A RESULT OF COVID-19. 1702 HOUSEHOLDS SERVED IN 2021.
