PERMANENCY PROGRAM CHILDREN'S HOME OF YORK'S PERMANENCY PROGRAMS PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR BIOLOGICAL, FOSTER, AND / OR ADOPTIVE FAMILIES FROM BIRTH THROUGH THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE - INCLUDING ADOPTION, POST ADOPTION SERVICES, FOSTER CARE, KINSHIP CARE, RESPITE ASSISTANCE, AND SUPERVISED VISITATION SERVICES.


GIRLS' CENTER CHILDREN'S HOME OF YORK'S GIRLS' CENTER IS A LICENSED ACCREDITED, PSYCHIATRIC RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY PROVIDING TRAUMA INFORMED CARE FOR GIRLS AGES THIRTEEN TO EIGHTEEN.

BRIDGES PROGRAM CHILDREN'S HOME OF YORK'S BRIDGES (R) PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM IS A DAY TREATMENT PROGRAM OFFERING STABILIZATION AND THERAPY IN ADDITION TO AN EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT DELIVERED THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH LIU-12 FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGED ELEVEN TO NINETEEN. WHILE ATTENDING THE BRIDGES PROGRAM, CLIENTS LEARN SKILLS THEY NEED TO MANAGE THEIR SYMPTOMS AND RETURN TO A LOWER LEVEL OF CARE. EXPENSES 579,268. INCLUDING GRANTS OF 0. REVENUE .
