THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH MEDIA OF ALL TYPES WHICH ARE PRIMARILY SERVED FROM THE ORGANIZATION'S PROPRIETARY WEB- BASED PLATFORM.

THEHOPELINE OFFER CRISIS RESOURCES TO STUDENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS WITH TWO PRIMARY RESOURCES. THEHOPELINE WEBSITE AND LIVECHAT. SINCE 2018, A SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT HAS BEEN MADE EACH YEAR TO REDESIGN AND RELAUNCH THE WEBSITE WHICH HAS BECOME THE CORE PLATFORM FOR INITIAL ENGAGEMENT WITH FOLKS IN CRISIS. RESOURCES AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE INCLUDE HUNDREDS OF BLOGS COVERING 42 SEPARATE TOPICS, 27 EBOOKS, AND TRUE STORIES OF HOPE FOR THOSE WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO FIND IT. SPECIAL ATTENTION WAS PAID TO DEVELOPING RANKED KEY WORDS TO IMPROVE ORGANIC SEARCH. WHEN READING AND ONLINE RESOURCES ARE NOT ENOUGH FOR A PERSON IN CRISIS, THEHOPELINE'S LIVECHAT IS AVAILABLE 24/7 TO DISCUSS ANY SITUATION THE CHATTER WANTS. CHAT INTERACTIONS ARE TAKEN BY PAID HOPE COACHES WHO ARE TRAINED AND EVALUATED ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR EFFECTIVENESS.
