ROCHESTER REGIONAL HEALTH HOME CARE - HOME HEALTH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONALS WITH EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITAL AND NURSING HOMES AS WELL AS IN-HOME CARE; RNS AND LPNS, INCLUDING SPECIALISTS WITH ADVANCE TRAINING IN HOME INFUSION, CARDIAC CARE, AND WOUND CARE. (153,450 HOURS OF CARE)
ROCHESTER REGIONAL HEALTH HOSPICE CARE - AT ANY LOCATION, PATIENTS RECEIVE CARE IN A HOME-LIKE ENVIRONMENT SURROUNDED BY FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND PROFESSIONALS WHO SHARE THE GOALS OF RELIEVING PAIN AND ACHIEVING COMFORT; ENHANCING QUALITY, RATHER THAN QUANTITY OF LIFE; PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE SUPPORT TO PATIENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS AND MAINTAINING DIGNITY.
