INSTRUCTION AND DEPARTMENTAL RESEARCH:EXPENDITURES IN THIS AREA INCLUDE SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR FACULTY, SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS TO STUDENTS, AND SUPPORT FOR FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT, CONDUCTED FOR THE BENEFIT OF APPROXIMATELY 14,500 UNDERGRADUATE AND 6,800 GRADUATE AND LAW STUDENTS ENROLLED AT SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY.


AUXILIARY SERVICES:EXPENDITURES IN THIS AREA INCLUDE THE INFRASTRUCTURE THAT SUPPORTS SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY'S MISSION INCLUDING HOUSING, DINING, AND BOOKS, INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND OTHER GOODS AND SERVICES.
