FOUNDED IN 1928, SUNNYVIEW REHABILITATION HOSPITAL, LOCATED IN SCHENECTADY, NEW YORK, IS A 115-BED HOSPITAL SPECIALIZING IN PHYSICAL REHABILITATION. EVERY YEAR, MORE THAN 15,000 INDIVIDUALS COME TO SUNNYVIEW FROM ACROSS THE CAPITAL REGION OF NEW YORK STATE AND BEYOND. EACH PATIENT HAS A DEDICATED TEAM OF PHYSICIANS, NURSES, THERAPISTS AND SPECIALISTS, WHO ARE ALL FOCUSED ON ONE GOAL OF TAKING BACK WHAT WAS STOLEN BY A STROKE, TRAUMATIC INJURY OR DISABLING ILLNESS.NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AS A LEADER IN NEUROLOGICAL PATIENT CARE, SUNNYVIEW'S NEURO-REHAB INSTITUTE TREATS PATIENTS WITH A WIDE RANGE OF NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS, INCLUDING STROKE, TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY AND SPINAL CORD INJURY.
