THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF AUSTRALIA IS AN AUSTRALIAN GOVERMENT AGENCY AND IS ALSO AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN 501(C)(3) AND A PUBLICLY SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION. THE GRANTS WERE FOR THE FOLLOWING USES AND PURPOSES, ALL OF WHICH THE BOARD DETERMINED TO BE IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE: TO FOSTER THE VISUAL ARTS IN THE U.S. AND AUSTRALIA. THE OUTPUT FROM THIS PROGRAM IS INTANGIBLE.
