ELEM USA IS COMMITTED TO EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY ON ISSUES RELATED TO TROUBLED YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS IN ISRAEL INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH, DRUG ADDICTION, VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC AND SEXUAL ABUSE, NEGLECT, INVOLVEMENT WITH THE COURT SYSTEM AND INTEGRATING NEW IMMIGRANTS.
