ORGANIZED THE COUNCILS ANNUAL YOUNG LEADERS CONFERENCE, WITH ASSISTANCE FROM THE ITALIAN COUNTERPART GROUP, WHICH WAS HELD IN BOSTON ON SEPTEMBER 21-23, 2017. IT BROUGHT TOGETHER ABOUT 50 AMERICANS, ITALIANS, AND OTHER COUNTRY PROFESSIONALS UNDER AGE 40 TO DISCUSS THE CHANGING NATURE OF WORK AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES AND SOCIETY/POLITICS. THIS INVOLVED SELECTING HALF OF THE PARTICIPANTS, MAKING ALL THE LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS, INVITING THE OUTSIDE SPEAKERS, AND PARTICIPATING IN PREPARING THE CONFERENCE DISCUSSION THEMES AND READING LIST.
