CITY JOURNAL - QUARTERLY MAGAZINE DEVOTED TO IDENTIFYING PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS TO SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC PROBLEMS IN THE INNER CITIES; APPROXIMATELY 4,700 COPIES EACH QUARTER.
