IN FISCAL YEAR 2022, CPR CONTINUED TO FOCUS ON DEVELOPING BETTER WAYS TO PREVENT AND RESOLVE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT DISPUTES. CPR'S DISPUTE PREVENTION INITIATIVE INCLUDED DEVELOPING PROCEDURES FOR DISPUTE REVIEW BOARDS, PREPARING A MANUAL ON DRAFTING PROVISIONS FOR LIFE SCIENCES LICENSING TRANSACTIONS, AND DEVELOPING A SKILLS-BASED TRAINING FOR DISPUTE PREVENTION NEUTRALS. WE ALSO CONTINUED OUR FOCUS ON DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION IN THE ADR SPACE, AND REFINED CPR'S DIVERSITY COMMITMENT TO ALIGN WITH THE RAY COROLLARY INITIATIVE (RCI) PLEDGE, WHICH CALLS FOR ALL SLATES OF NEUTRALS BEING NOMINATED FOR SELECTION IN A MATTER BE AT LEAST 30% DIVERSE. FINALLY, CPR CONTINUED TO HOST A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS, BOTH VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON. THE ANNUAL MEETING WAS CENTERED AROUND THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY AND WAS (SEE SCHEDULE O)CO-HOSTED BY MICROSOFT AND PALO ALTO NETWORKS. THE YEAR WAS CAPPED OFF BY AN IN-PERSON GALA IN NEW YORK CITY, HONORING AMGEN AND ITS GENERAL COUNSEL, JONATHAN GRAHAM, WITH CPR'S ANNUAL CORPORATE LEADERSHIP AWARD AS ADR CHAMPIONS.
