COUNSELING AND FACE-TO-FACE SUPPORT GROUPS ARE LED BY CANCER CARE ONCOLOGY SOCIAL WORKERS AT OUR OFFICES IN NEW YORK CITY, LONG ISLAND, NEW JERSEY AND CONNECTICUT. CANCER CARE ALSO OFFERS TELEPHONE AND ONLINE SUPPORT GROUPS AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THOSE LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE NEW YORK TRI-STATE AREA.
