THIS MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT THROUGH PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE TO UNEMPLOYED DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS SUCH AS WELFARE RECIPIENTS, EX-OFFENDERS, SUBSTANCE ABSUERS, VETERANS, AND OTHER INDIVIDUALLY SITUATED FROM VARIOUS COMMUNITIES AND BACKGROUNDS.
