THE ASSOCIATION WILL REPRESENT ITS MEMBERS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING ISSUES RELATED TO THE RAY CANAL WATER USERS AND THE RAY CANAL WATER DELIVERY SYSTEM. THE ASSOCIATION MAY ALSO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS TO MANAGE CERTAIN OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, OR CONSTRUCTION FUNCTIONS ON THE RAY CANAL DELIVERY SYSTEM.

WE PROVIDE FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO NEED AND REQUEST SUCH SERVICES. WE SERVE A SIX-COUNTY AREA IN WESTERN WYOMING.
