CASA SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES COURT- APPOINTED VOLUNTEER ADVOCACY, SO THAT ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN IN THE BIG HORN BASIN CAN BE SAFE, ESTABLISHED PERMANENCE, AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO THRIVE.
