MISSION:

THE SHERIDAN HEALTH CENTER, INC.PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL, NON-EMERGENCY ACUTE AND CHRONIC MEDICAL CARE TO SHERIDAN COUNTY RESIDENTS WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE. TO QUALIFY, INDIVIDUALS MUST BE 19 THROUGH 64 YEARS OF AGE WITH AN INCOME AT OR BELOW THE 185% FEDERL POVERTY LEVEL. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 3,300 RESIDENTS IN SHERIDAN COUNTY WHO QUALIFY FOR SERVICE. MEDICAL CARE AND MEDICATIONS ARE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO QUALIFYING INDIVIDUALS.
