CAMP CAESAR IS A 4-H OWNED FACILITY WHICH PROMOTES AND SUPPORTS YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FIELDS OF EDUCATION, HEALTH AND RECREATION.
