THE ORGANIZATION WAS FUNDED IN 2012 FOLLOWING THE DEATH OF NORMA ARBUCKLE, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE OF ERNEST L. ARBUCKLE.

PROVIDE EDUCATION FROM PRESCHOOL THROUGH GRADE 7 IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHICH FOSTERS A LOVE OF LEARNING,INDEPENDENCE, RESOURCEFULNESS & FULFILLMENT OF INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL WHILE BECOMING RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS.
