TO DISTRIBUTE NET PROFITS EARNED BY THE MT HOREB SUMMER FROLIC, AN ANNUAL, COMMUNITY FAIR PUT ON BY VARIOUS COMMUNITY GROUPS WHO BAND TOGETHER TO RAISE FUNDS FOR LOCAL CIVIC IMPROVEMENTS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES.
