THIS COMPONENT UNITY DESIGNATION IS BASED ON THE OVERSIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES AND FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE CITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE GRANT PROGRAMS ADMINISTRATED BY THE CORPORATION.
