PARTICIPANTS AND EMPLOYERS CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY THE PLAN SPONSOR ARE DEPOSITED INTO A VEBA TRUST IN ORDER TO PROVIDE APPROVED MEDICAL SERVICES TO COVERED PARTICIPANTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE PLAN DOCUMENT
