MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the neighborhood-based multipurpose centers that offer, at a single location, a wide variety of services and activities that are structured to meet the needs of the entire community through different programs for different age and interest groups.

MISSION:

THE ANACORTES ARTS FESTIVAL OCCURS ANNUALLY FOR THE LAST 58 YEARS, ON THE FIRST WEEKEND IN AUGUST. MORE THAN 100,000 VISITORS COME FOR A THREE DAY FESTIVAL THAT INCLUDES 265 BOOTH ARTISTS, THREE STAGES OF MUSIC, A FINE ART SHOW, YOUTH ACTIVITIES AND MORE. THE FESTIVAL IS 100 SELF-FUNDED THROUGH BOOTH ARTIST FEES, ART SALES AND SPONSORSHIPS.

TO SUPPORT THE MISSION AND VALUES OF KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL BOTH INTERNATIONALLY AND IN THE LOCAL COMMINITY THROUGH CHARITABLE GIVING AND VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES.

THE ANACORTES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MISSION IS TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC PROSPERITY THROUGH INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP, ADVOCACY AND COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT.

FOUNDATION GRANTS ASSIST ROTARIANS TO APPROACH CHALLENGES SUCH AS POVERTY, ILLITERACY AND MALNUTIRTION WITH SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS THAT LEAVE A LASTING IMPACT.

PREDATORS OF THE HEART IS AN ANIMAL SANCTUARY THAT CARES FOR POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING A SAFE HOME FOR UNWANTED OR ABUSED ANIMALS OR FOR SUCH ANIMALS THAT HAVE BEEN CONFISCATED BY ANIMAL CONTROL AGENCIES AS WELL AS THOSE THAT FOR OTHER REASONS NEED TO BE SAFELY HOUSED AND CARED FOR IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE, FEDERAL,COUNTY AND LOCAL LAWS AND ORDINANCES.
