MOSAIC SERVES WASHINGTON COUNTY, VERMONT, PROVIDING DIRECT SERVICES TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN IMPACTED BY SEXUAL VIOLENCE, PERFORMING OUTREACH, AND OFFERING PREVENTION PROGRAMMING. MOSAIC OPERATES A TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FACILITY FOR PREGNANT AND PARENTING YOUTH WHO ARE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. MOSAIC HOLDS THE CENTRAL VERMONT NEW DIRECTIONS COALITION, ENCOURAGING HEALTHY BEHAVIOR AND DECREASING SUBSTANCE MISUSE IN CENTRAL VERMONT.
