KWCF WILL PROVIDE GRANTS TO SUPPORT THE WINTER SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE AND ACCESS TO WINTER SPORTS IN THE NORTHEAST, WITH THE GOAL OF CREATING LIFELONG PARTICIPANTS OF THE SPORT.
