LAWS, ESPECIALLY ON CONTENTIOUS TOPICS, SHOULD BE ENFORCED BY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS THAT ANSWER TO THE CONSTITUTION AND THE PEOPLE. THE CENTER AIMS TO PREVENT THE UNWISE AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL DELEGATION OF SOVEREIGN ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
