PROVIDES HOUSING TO ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS AND FAMILIES UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT UNDER AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HUD.
