WE PROVIDE HORSEMANSHIP INSTRUCTION FOR OUR VOLUNTEERS. WE COORDINATE WITH AGENCIES IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA AND BY PROVIDING CURRENT AND FUTURE EQUINE OWNERS AND OTHER RELEVANT GROUPS WITH INFORMATION AND RESOURCES.
