THE ASSOCIATIONS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT ISSUES AS THEY PERTAIN TO THE EMERGENCY SERVICE DISTRICTS WITHIN BEXAR COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION AND/OR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY WITHIN
