MIDLAND'S EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC LIFE IS ESSENTIAL TO THE QUALITY OF LIFE OUR CITIZENS ENJOY. THROUGH MANY COLLABORATIONS WITH AREA ARTS ORGANIZATIONS ARTS COUNCIL OF MIDLAND IMPROVES THE LIVES OF THE CITIZENS OF MIDLAND.
