THE DEWALT CEMETERY WAS ESTABLISHED IN DEWALT, TEXAS. ON NOVEMBER 14, 1993 (CONT'D SCH O) THE DEWALT CEMETERY WAS AWARDED AND MARKED WITH A "TEXAS HISTORICAL MARKER" BY THE TEXAS HISTORICAL COMMISSION. THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS THE CARE, MANAGEMENT & PRESERVATION OF THE CEMETERY.
