ANABAPTIST SAVINGS AND LOANS INTERNATIONAL LLC IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION SET UP TO SERVE ANABAPTIST PEOPLE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES BY MAKING TERM LOANS AVAILABLE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO COLLECTIVELY MANAGE THE VARIOUS INVESTMENT ASSETS CURRENTLY HELD BY THE GRANDVIEW RESTHOME ASSOCIATION, INC. THE FOUNDATION RECEIVED A DETERMINATION LETTER FROM THE IRS THAT IT IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER CODE SECTION 501(C)3) AND SECTION 509(A)(3) AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION.

TO PROVIDE SKILLED NURSING CARE, HOUSING AND FOOD TO AS MANY AS EIGHTY TWO RESIDENTS.

THE PURPOSE OF THE LEAGUE SHALL BE TO ORGANIZE AND SUPERVISE THE PLAYING OF ANY AND ALL YOUTH SPORTS ACTIVITIES UNDER SPECIALIZED RULES AND REGULATIONS, TO SECURE SUITABLE AND ADEQUATE FINANCIAL BACKING FOR THESE PURPOSES, AND TO PROVIDE SUITABLE PLAYING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THESE PURPOSES.
