TO PROMOTE THE USE OF AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF HOT MIX ASPHALT. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES COURSES TO INDIVIDUALS ON QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE SPECIFICATION FOR HOT MIX ASPHALT CONCRETE FOR CERTIFICATION BY THE STATE OF TEXAS.

TO INCREASE ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTHCARE TO AGRICULTURAL WORKERS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITY AND MIGRANT HEALTH CENTERS.
