ALSO AWARDS EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT SCHOLARSHIPS TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WHO ARE RESIDENT MEMBERS OF THE HOUSEHOLDS FOR WHOM HOUSING IS PROVIDED.
