BRAZOS COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING SOUND FINANCIAL SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS IN A PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

STEPHEN F. AUSTIN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER (SFA) ASSIST IN THE CARE OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNINSURED AND FINANCIALLY QUALIFY.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to make grants for charitable purposes in a specific community or region. The funds available to a community foundation are usually derived from many donors and held in an endowment that is independently administered; income earned by the endowment is then used to make grants.

MISSION:

1) TO PROMOTE AND SECURE THE SAFETY, WELL-BEING, AND HEALTH OF HORSES. 2) TO ENCOURAGE EDUCATION CONCERNING THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF HORSES. 3) TO UTILIZE HORSES IN THE GROWTH AND MENTAL HEALTH OF HUMANS, EITHER ADULT OR CHILDREN, THROUGH EDUCATION, DEMONSTRATION AND CONNECTION. 4) TO STUDY, PROMOTE, AND ENHANCE THE PROPER TRAINING OF HORSES THROGUH POSITIVE TRAINING TECHNIQUES. 5) TO PROVIDE A HOME FOR THOSE HORSES WHO ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO BE PRODUCTIVE. 6) TO RETURN TO HEALTH, IF POSSIBLE, THOSE OWNED HORSES THAT ARE DEEMED SICK OR INJURED.

THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ENCOURAGE THRIFT AMOUNGST IT'S MEMBERS PROVIDE CREDIT AS A FAIR AND REASONABLE RATE OF INTEREST AND PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE MEMBER'S ECONOMIC CONDITION

TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING A MULTIFAMILY GOVERNMENT ASSISTED HOUSING PROJECT OF 60 UNITS, UNDER SECTION 221(D)(3) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, FOR LOW-TO-MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS.

DAILY LIVING EXPENSES FOR RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS

THE NFB OF TEXAS IS AN ORGANIZATION MADE UP OF BLIND AND SIGHTED PEOPLE WORKING TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF BLIND TEXANS BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES TO PARENTS, BLIND WORKERS, AND CONSUMERS OF REHABILITATION SERVICES.

TO PROVIDE A PHYSICAL LOCATION WERE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE SCIENTIFIC AND CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVICES AND EXPAND THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN A NON-PROFIT SETTING.

The goal of this organization is to engage in radio productions and broadcast, including public radio stations and radio stations that offer programming that is designed for community residents who are blind or visually impaired (radio reading services).

The goal of this organization is to work to prevent, predict or control the effects of disasters (e.g. floods, earthquakes, fires, tornadoes), to educate or otherwise prepare individuals to cope with the effects of such disasters or to provide broad-based relief services to victims of such disasters.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, EDUCATION, AND SERVICE ADVOCACY FOR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY MENTAL ILLNESS. ELIMINATING THE STIGMA OF MENTAL ILLNESS IS THE PRIMARY GOAL FOR NAMI GULF COAST. THE HOPE IS THAT ONE DAY MENTAL ILLNESS WILL BE TREATED WITH THE SAME COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING AS ANY OTHER ILLNESS.

The goal of this organization is to make available to members and their guests and facilities for recreational activities, sports and games. Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.
