GENERATIONS HEALTH ASSOCIATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE LONG TERM HEALTH CARE AND ADEQUATE HOUSING NEEDS FOR LOW, MODERATE AND MIDDLE INCOME PEOPLE AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

MISSION:

SEEDING SUCCESS IS AN ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES A "CRADLE TO CAREER" EDUCATION AGENDA IN SHELBY COUNTY. IT SERVES AS A FACILITATOR ADVOCATE, AND PLATFORM FOR COLLABORATION AROUND FOUR GOALS: 1. CHILDREN ENTER KINDEGARTEN READY TO LEARN. 2. YOUTH GRADUATES HIGH SCHOOL "COLLEGE READY". 3. ADULTS EARN CERTIFICATIONS AND DEGREES THAT PREPARE THEM FOR LOCAL CAREERS. 4. TALENT IS ATTRACTED TO AND RETAINED IN SHELBY COUNTY.

TO CREATE CULTURALLY RELEVANT ENVIRONMENTS THAT FOSTER VITAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN DISENFRANCHISED ADOLESCENTS AND CHRISTIAN MENTORS IN ORDER TO MEET SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL, AND PHYSICAL NEEDS OF THE TEENS. ROCKETOWN HAS VISITORS REPRESENTING EVERY SOCIAL DEMOGRAPHIC OF THE GREATER NASHVILLE AREA AND SURROUDNING COUNTIES.

TO PROVIDE DEFENSE, PROMOTION, AND EDUCATION OF THE HISTORY OF THE PERIOD BETWEEN 1861-1865

THE HOSPITALITY HUB OF MEMPHIS (THE HUB) IS A TENNESSEE NON-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED BY THE DOWNTOWN CHURCHES ASSOCIATION AS A POINT OF ENTRY INTO THE LARGER NETWORK OF HOMELESSNESS SERVICES OFFERED THROUGHOUT THE CITY. THE MISSION OF THE HUB IS TO CONNECT HOMELESS PEOPLE WITH THE RESOURCES THEY NEED TO BEGIN THEIR JOURNEY OUT OF HOMELESSNESS.

MADONNA LEARNING CENTER, INC. PROVIDES A FAITH BASED EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT THAT EMPOWERS CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL WHILE OFFERING SUPPORT TO THEIR FAMILIES.

THE MEMPHIS BOTANIC GARDEN EXISTS TO ENHANCE LIVES BY CONNECTING PEOPLE WITH NATURE TO INCREASE AWARENESS AND APPRECIATION OF OUR ENVIRONMENT.

The goal of this organization is to provide for the payment of life, sick, accident, or other benefits to the voluntary members of associations or their dependents or designated beneficiaries. This code is used exclusively for organizations exempt from federal taxes under 501(c)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
