THE ORGANIZATION IS DEVOTED TO SUPPORTING SINGLE SEX EDUCATIONAL POLICIES, PRACTICES AND STRUCTURES THAT LEAD TO INCREASED ACADEMIC SUCCESS AMONG BOYS AND YOUNG MEN. SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION WILL ACT AS THE SPONSOR OF A PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL (PREP PUBLIC SCHOOLS) CREATED PURSUANT TO THE TENNESSEE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL ACT OF 2002.

PROVIDING HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS TO THE SPONSORING ORGANIZATION'S RETIREES AND THEIR BENEFICIARIES.

PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH OPERATION OF A PRIVATE RELIGIOUS K-12 SCHOOL AND PRESCHOOL. THE MISSION IS TO BE A CHRISTIAN, AUTHENTIC, DYNAMIC SCHOOL EQUIPPING STUDENTS TO BE GLOBAL LEADERS.

THE NORTHEAST STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION PROMOTES AND SUPPORTS ACADEMIC AND EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP, COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND OTHER PROGRAMS OFFERED BY THE COLLEGE IN AN EFFORT TO PROVIDE THE RESOURCES NECESSARY FOR STUDENTS TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL AND REWARDING EXPERIENCE THAT CULTIVATES THE NEXT STEPS IN THEIR LIVES.
