SUMNER SPAY NEUTER ALLIANCES MISSION IS TO REDUCE SHELTER INTAKE AND EUTHANASIA OF DOGS AND CATS BY MAKING HIGH QUALITY,HIGH VOLUME, LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS OF OUR COMMUNITY. THE ALLIANCE PERFORMED 7069 SPAY AND NEUTER SURGRIES IN 2022.
