IN ADDITION, THE CPT HONORS ETHICAL LEADERS THROUGH ITS BEING A DIFFERENCE AWARDS. THE CPT CREATED STUDENT CENTER FOR THE PUBLIC TRUST CHAPTERS TO FOCUS ON EDUCATING AND ENGAGING FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS ON ETHICS, ACCOUNTABILITY AND INTEGRITY. AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, THE CPT ENCOURAGES CONTRIBUTIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT DEVELOPING AND PROMOTING ETHICAL LEADERS.

TO PROMOTE THE PHILOSOPHY AND TEACHINGS OF SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE FOR THE SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE.

MISSION:

SWAN TRUST HAS BEEN A VOLUNTEER NONPROFIT WITH A TOTALLY INDEPENDENT, UNPAID BOARD THAT HAS PRESERVED, PROTECTED, AND RESTORED NATIVE HARDWOOD FORESTS, BIODIVERSITY, WILDLIFE HABITAT, AND WATER QUALITY ON THE TN WESTERN HIGHLAND RIM FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS. IN 2022, SWAN TRUST PURCHASED 141 ACRES, INCREASING OUR PRESERVED LAND TO 1,500 ACRES. VOLUNTEERS WORK TO ELIMINATE INVASIVE SPECIES AND MONITOR CONSERVATION EASEMENTS. VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE PUBLIC EDUCATION TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT THROUGH HIKES, NEWSLETTERS, BIOBLITZ, AND CHILDRENS PROGRAMS ON CLIMATE CHANGE, PLANT, ANIMAL AND INSECT BIODIVERSITY.

THE MISSION OF MONTESSORI ELEMENTARY AT HIGHLAND PARK IS TO CULTIVATE AMBITIOUS, FEARLESS LEARNERS THROUGH INTELLECTUALLY-STIMULATING, INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES THAT AWAKEN CURIOSITY, NURTURE ADVANCED THINKING, AND PROMOTOE INDEPENDENCE.

The goal of this organization is to provide a wide range of supervised activities and delinquency prevention services for children and youth of all ages and backgrounds, but particularly for disadvantaged youth, with the objective of building character and developing leadership and social skills among participants.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

MISSION:

THE ROTARY FOUNDATION OF KNOXVILLE WAS INCORPORATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING LOANS TO DESERVING YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND SCHOOL WITHOUT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. THE FOUNDATION CURRENTLY PROVIDES EIGHT, FOUR YEAR SCHOLARSHIPS FOR OUTSTANDING STUDENTS RESIDING IN KNOX COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION'S SCOPE IS CONTINUING TO BROADEN TO COVER VARIOUS CHARITABLE, PHILANTHROPIC AND EDUCATIONAL CAUSES.

THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO TEACH SWIMMING AND TENNIS TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS AND PROMOTE SPORTSMANSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP THROUGH PARTICIPANT AND MEMBER INTERACTION.

LABORERS - LOCAL UNION 846 WAS ORGANIZED TO AID ITS MEMBERS BY SECURING IMPROVED WAGES, HOURS, WORKING CONDITIONS, AND OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES THROUGH ORGANIZATION, NEGOTIATIONS, AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 626 MEMBERS WHO BENEFITED AS OF THE FISCAL YEAR-END.
