THE CORPORATION'S LONG-TERM CHARITABLE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORTING SERVICES TO ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES, WHICH DEVELOP OR ACQUIRE AND THEREAFTER OWN AND OPERATE NURSING HOMES, HOSPICES, RETIREMENT FACILITIES, AND FACILITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ORGANIZATION HAS THE RIGHT TO APPOINT DIRECTORS OF EACH OF ITS AFFILIATED CORPORATIONS.

THE HONORING THE SACRIFICE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL AND MATERIAL SUPPORT TO POST 9/11 PURPLE HEART RECIPIENTS TO AID THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES AS THEY REINTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY AND ADAPT TO THEIR PHYSICAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
