DISCIPLE MAKERS NETWORK'S PURPOSE IS TO CONNECT INDIGENOUS WORLD MINISTERS WITH RESOURCES TO BE EFFECTIVE IN THE GREAT COMMISSION. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY CONNECTING THEM WITH OTHER EXPERIENCED DISCIPLE MAKERS, DISCIPLE MAKING/TEACHING MATERIALS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING.

MISSION:

THE MISSION IS TO: 1 AID MISSIONARIES AND MISSIONS PROJECTS IN FINANCIAL AND REGULATORY MATTERS; 2 SERVE IN AREAS OF LIAISON BETWEEN MISSIONARIES AND FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS; 3 TRAIN AND COUNSEL MISSIONARIES; 4 ASSIST MISSIONARIES BY PROVIDING PRINTED MATERIALS FOR USE DURING THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE.

The goal of this organization is to focus broadly on strengthening, unifying and building the economic, cultural, educational and social services of an urban community or neighborhood.

WISEHEART IS A CHARITABLE FOUNDATION SERVING CHRISTIAN PHILANTHROPISTS BY CREATING SUSTAINABLE, GOD-HONORING GIVING OPTIONS AND SERVING MINISTRIES AND ORGANIZATIONS WITH STRATEGY RESOURCES AND CAPITAL TO IMPACT THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND OTHER MISSIONS.

MOVING TO A NEW COUNTRY CAN BE AN ISOLATING EXPERIENCE BECAUSE STUDENTS ARE DISCONNECTED FROM THEIR CULTURE, LANGUAGE, FAMILY, TRADITIONS, AND FOOD. THIS OFTEN RESULTS IN AN OVERWHELMING SENSE OF LONELINESS AND EXCLUSION FOR THE STUDENTS. OUR COMMUNITY IS DESIGNED TO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB OF WELCOMING THEM TO OUR CITY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND A SENSE OF BELONGING. WE ACHIEVE THIS BY ORGANIZING A RANGE OF EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES, SUCH AS WELCOMING EVENTS, DINNER GATHERINGS, WEEKEND TRIPS, AND OFFERING PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE LIKE HELPING STUDENTS OBTAIN DRIVER'S LICENSES, GROCERY SHOPPING, VEHICLE PURCHASES, AND NETWORKING TO FIND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. THROUGH OUR EFFORTS, WE AIM TO BUILD A THRIVING COMMUNITY AND SERVE AS A "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS.
