THE CITY OF MARTIN PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION BOARD IS PREPARING TO TRANSFORM THE CURRENT LIBRARY INTO A 21ST CENTURY LIBRARY, AND ONE THAT WILL BECOME THE CITY'S CENTER.
