REMAINING ASSETS FROM THE MERCURY WERE SOLD IN 2017 AND EARLY 2018 INCLUDING BALANCE OF NOTES PAYABLE IN THE AMOUNT OF 100,000 (SHOWN AS CAPITAL GAIN/LOSS) WHICH RESULTED IN CANCELLATION OF INDEBTEDNESS INCOME. FOLLOWING THE CLOSURE OF THE MERCURY, KHP HAS CONTINUES TO FOCUS ITS MISSION ENTIRELY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
