THE CREATIVE DISCOVERY MUSEUMS MISSION IS TO INSPIRE ALL CHILDREN TO EXPLORE, INNOVATE, CREATE AND PLAY.

TO GALVANIZE BROAD PARTICIPATION IN AND WIDESPREAD SUPPORT OF THE ARTS.

THE CORPORATION SHALL, BY ITSELF OR IN AFFILIATION WITH OTHER ENTITIES, OWN, HOLD, LEASE, OPERATE, MAINTAIN, RENOVATE, AND IMPROVE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE TIVOLI THEATRE, THE SOLDIERS & SAILORS MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM, INCLUDING THE ROBERT KIRK WALKER COMMUNITY THEATRE, AND THE TIVOLI CENTER (COLLECTIVELY, THE "VENUES") LOCATED IN CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, IN ORDER (A) TO PROVIDE PERFORMING ARTS VENUES FOR THE COMMUNITY AND OTHER ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS FOR ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES; (B) TO PRESERVE AND RESTORE THE VENUES AS HISTORICAL LANDMARKS, IF APPROPRIATE; (C) TO LEASE THE TIVOLI CENTER (OR PARTS THEREOF) TO THIRD PARTIES AND OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN SUPPORT OF THE CORPORATION'S MISSION; AND (D) TO PROVIDE THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITH A GREATER AWARENESS, APPRECIATION, AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE THEATRICAL AND PERFORMING ARTS.

BUILDING A FOUNDATION UPON WHICH STUDENTS BECOME WISE & COMPASSIONATE CITIZENS OF THE WORLD. THE SCHOOL FOSTERS THE INTELLECTUAL, ARTISTIC, PHYSICAL, AND MORAL GROWTH OF YOUNG BOYS & GIRLS.

The goal of this organization is to preserve and protect water resources from indiscriminate waste and ensure that the supply of quality water is adequate to meet the needs of the public, agriculture and industry. Also included are organizations that preserve and manage coastal lands including shorelines, coastal waters and lands extending inland from the shore which affect coastal waters; bays, lakes, rivers, wetlands, estuaries, watersheds and other aquatic habitats.

The goal of this organization is to provide technical assistance, loans, loan guarantees or other forms of management support to help impoverished urban communities create local jobs, sustain local services and build healthier local economies.

SONGBIRDS FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO SHARE THE TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCE OF MUSIC WITH THE CHATTANOOGA AREA BY DELIVERING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, PRESERVING MUSIC HISTORY, HOSTING ENRICHING EVENTS, AND PROVIDING CONCRETE RESOURCES TO EMERGING ARTISTS.THE ORGANIZATION WILL MAKE VINTAGE GUITARS AVAILABLE TO MUSEUMS, SCHOOLS, AND MUSIC PROGRAMS TO INCREASE AWARENESS AND SUPPORT OF THE ARTS AND MUSIC EDUCATION.

THE ORGANIZATION IS DEVOTED TO SUPPORTING SINGLE SEX EDUCATIONAL POLICIES, PRACTICES AND STRUCTURES THAT LEAD TO INCREASED ACADEMIC SUCCESS AMONG BOYS AND YOUNG MEN. SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION WILL ACT AS THE SPONSOR OF A PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL (CHATTANOOGA PREP)CREATED PURSUANT TO THE TENNESSEE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL ACT OF 2002.
