LIFESTYLE MEDICAL MINISTRY PROVIDED PRIMARY CARE AND LIFESTYLE MEDICINE SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 570 PATIENTS IN 2023. OF THE 570 PATIENTS SERVED, THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 400 PATIENT VISITS PER MONTH IN 2023. APPROXIMATELY 200 OF OUR PATIENTS WERE PROVIDED FREE OR SLIDING SCALE SERVICES. LIFESTYLE MEDICAL MINISTRY RECEIVED ONE GRANT FOR A TOTAL OF USD 15,000 IN 2023.
