PROMOTE YOUTH ICE HOCKEY OPPORTUNITIES IN SOUTH DAKOTA, CONDUCT LEAGUE PLAY, LEAGUE TOURNAMENTS, PROMOTE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT, CAMPS AND HAVE THE PLAYERS AND TEAMS REPRESENT THE ORGANIZATION.
