THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS EXCLUSIVELY RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY AND EDUCATIONAL WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"). The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

THE PRIMARY PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE: PROMOTE DOWNTOWN THROUGH MARKETING, PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL EVENTS; PROMOTE COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION BETWEEN PARTIES HAVING AN INTEREST IN DOWNTOWN; FOSTER A SENSE OF COMMUNITY INTEREST IN DOWNTOWN; PROVIDE A FORUM WHERE PEOPLE CAN BRING SPECIFIC CONCERNS FOR DISCUSSION, RECEIVE RELIABLE INFORMATION, AND SUPPORT FOR LEGITIMATE CAUSES; FURNISH A CONNECTING LINK BETWEEN THE DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT, BUSINESSES, CITIZENS AND NON-PROFIT GROUPS WHO HAVE A STAKE IN THE SUCCESS OF THE AREA; IMPLEMENT THE GOALS AND STRATEGIES OUTLINED IN THE DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO MISSIONS IN AFRICA AND OTHER AREAS TO SPREAD CHRISTIANITY THROUGH MINISTRY, EDUCATION, MEDICAL MISSION SUPPORT, CHURCH MINISTRY, AND EVANGELICAL SERVICES.

PROVIDE AN ANNUAL 5 DAY GOLF TOURNAMENT WHICH INCLUDES REGISTRATION, GIFTS OF SHIRT, HAT, AND OTHER GOLF RELATED ITEMS, THEATER SHOW, MEAL TICKETS, AND FOUR ROUNDS OF GOLF WITH CART, TOURNAMENT PRIZES, MULLIGANS, AND RANDOM DRAWINGS FOR DOOR PRIZES, AND DONATIONS TO MILITARY RELATED CHARITIES FOR RETIRED MILITARY PERSONS AND THEIR SPOUSES.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).
