Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in swimming, diving, snorkeling, surfing, water skiing, water polo, boating, white water rafting and other water sports. THE TEAM'S OVERRIDING GOAL IS TO OFFER TANGIBLE RESOURCES TO TECH AND TECH-RELATED COMPANIES.
