THESE INITIATIVES IMPROVE ACCESS AND HELP TRANSFORM NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS RECREATION CENTERS AND STREETSCAPES INTO THRIVING SPACES THAT REFLECT THE NEEDS AND CHARACTER OF THEIR COMMUNITIES.
