The goal of this organization is to provide technical assistance, venture capital, loans, loan guarantees or other forms of management support to encourage the establishment and growth of business and industry in rural areas.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LEGAL SERVICES TO PEOPLE UNDER THE NATIONAL LEVEL OF POVERTY IN THE CITY OF GUAYNABO AND NEARBY TOWNS FREE OF CHARGE. IT COVERS VARIOUS PROGRAMS IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES HAVE ACCESS TO JUSTICE.
