JUBILEE SCHOOL MISSION IS TO EMPOWER AT-RISK CHILDREN IN LOW-INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS IN PHILADELPHIA. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE TO PUBLIC SCHOOL IN WHICH CURIOSITY, CREATIVITY, AND ENTHUSIAM CHILDREN BEGIN WITH WOULD BE KEPT ALIVE THROUGHOUT THEIR SCHOOL YEARS.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
